As you enter the iron gates, a tree-lined drive carries you past terraced hillsides, a small vineyard, water fountains and then up to generous off-street parking. Behind the mansion, a small waterfall empties into a pond with koi, waterlilies and bullfrogs. Stone steps lead to an iron and stone gazebo.
